Halasana for glowing skin
Halasana is also known as the Plough pose. This asana helps in making the digestion process faster, which is more essential to have a glowing skin. Make your body in a curve position by slowly raising your legs up and touch the ground forming a curve like pose. You can keep your hands to the back for support. This makes the blood flow to the face thereby helps to increase the glow in face.
