Here the stone may be stuck. The urethra squeezes the stone towards the bladder, which causes severe pain in the parts of your abdomen. During this pain you may feel sick.
You may see bleeding in your urine (urine turns red) caused due the stone rubbing inside the urethra.
You may see urine infection is very common in people with kidney stones. Infections may cause high temperature to the body that is you may feel fever, pain while passing urine and an increase in the frequency of passing urine.

By taking plenty of water
If you take plenty of water, then you will get urine frequently, then urination eventually help in passing the kidney stone. By this way the some of the stones are removed. But this is not possible always. But this is considered as the best solution.
