By doing Squats
There are different squats exercises available. Let us see one of them. Just make your position like a chair, that is stretch your hands forward, lower your bum down to the ground, make sure that your thighs are parallel to the ground. For atleast three to four seconds balance your position.

Take 6 or 7 pounds dumbell in each hand. Move forward with one leg by bending it in right angled position. Bring the second leg back and bend second leg’s knee just an inch above the ground. Then come back to normal position and repeat the same process with the other leg.
